How is it different from the Manufacturer Warranty?

Your new Helix mattress is covered by a Manufacturer Warranty that protects against manufacturing issues such as defects in materials or workmanship. The Accidental Damage Coverage enhances the Manufacturer’s Warranty, by protecting you from everyday mishaps such as spills, stains, rips, burns, or structural breakdown, which do not fall under the responsibility of the Manufacturer.

Depending on the damage to your mattress, Mulberry either sends a repair kit, a trained technician to repair it, or a replacement mattress.
