Every Helix mattress is handmade by skilled professionals in our Phoenix, Arizona facility. Mattresses typically ship within 3-10 business days of your order but we recommend checking the estimated ship time on the product page of your specific item to ensure the most up-to-date ship times.
Once your order has shipped from our facility, it will be delivered to your home via FedEx Ground. During periods of high volume, FedEx does occasionally experience delays so we recommend keeping an eye on your FedEx tracking number while your order is en route.

If you’d like to look up the status of your order, you can do so here with the email address you ordered under and the order number from your confirmation email (ex: HXS-XXXX).
