I did tons of research and made sure this is the one I wanted. That's where things fell apart. After ordering, my foundation was delivered first. It was rotting, arrived in very poor quality. Stripped and broken. Then the actual mattress showed up, and it look like a bear had torn the box apart. For $3,000+ I expect this to arrive in better condition. They resent the mattress and then I had to donate the old one. While I will say Birch did ultimately handle this, it took weeks of time, me rearranging my schedule and sending all kinds of documents, photos, and evidence before things were resolved. After this, I likely will never purchase from Birch again."
