"We researched organic beds for over a year. Decided to try the Birch Luxe, king size. Bought the foundation to go with it. Picture online showed feet on the foundation so we thought we wouldn't need our metal bed frame. Wrong. Came with no feet. The mattress is still undecided. We feel like we roll to the middle. It doesn't look sagged in the middle, but you definitely feel it while laying on it. Undecided if we will ask for an exchange. Other than that, it feels soft and comfortable. We didn't get that "ahhhhh" feeling when we laid on it, so we'll see. We're still in our 120 night trial period."

"The mattress itself is well-made, did not have any offgassing or bad smell, unfortunately the latex was just too bouncy for me so I am having to return it. But if you like latex, you will love this mattress! I do wish they had the option of free white glove service. The mattress comes, rolled up and in a box and it can be cumbersome to carry in and get set up on your own. Customer service has been good so far and helping me with the return process."

I took advantage of the exchange program and talked with a knowledgeable sleep advisor and took his advice and got a Helix Sunset Luxe mattress and I love it. I sleep so well at night and awake with no pain. I am getting my Birch mattress picked up on Monday and it will be donated per the donation program. I highly recommend their customer service team and how helpful and easy they have made this purchase and process of my exchange. I love my new mattress and so glad I bought it. I highly recommend Helix as a company to get your mattress from. Your body will thank you every night."

"The Birch Luxe Natural mattress is the second mattress that we've bought this year. We were in the market for a mattress due to me having significant hip pain from a chronic pain condition that I manage. In May we purchased a Helix hybrid mattress that we thought was fantastic. In the 30 days we had the mattress I did not have one night of restful sleep and I often had to leave the bed. After 3 weeks sleeping on the Birch mattress, most nights I have awakened in the morning feeling rested and refreshed. I still have some hip and knee pain. As the days go on the pain is becoming less. Yes, I recommend the Birch Luxe Natural Mattress"

They use a third party, company and then another separate company from that to pick up the mattress. Lots of emailing back and forth and took 5 weeks to pick up mattress for return."

"I thought my bed was comfortable, but it was sagging, after 25 years:). I was concerned the new bed would be too hard because I typically like soft beds to keep my hips from hurting. The Birch bed was perfect from the start, it's firm in a supportive way. I was having a lot of pain when I got up in the morning, and I saw the review on Silver and Solo. She said she had no more pain after getting up in the morning, and she was right. It's amazing! I understand what support feels like now and I am now an unpaid Birch Living salesperson! Great mattress, just not for me

"The mattress itself is well-made, did not have any offgassing or bad smell, unfortunately the latex was just too bouncy for me so I am having to return it. But if you like latex, you will love this mattress! I do wish they had the option of free white glove service. The mattress comes, rolled up and in a box and it can be cumbersome to carry in and get set up on your own. Customer service has been good so far and helping me with the return process."

"I did not keep my Birch mattress, which was way too hard for my hips and shoulders as a side sleeper and kept me up for hours. I took advantage of the exchange program and talked with a knowledgeable sleep advisor and took his advice and got a Helix Sunset Luxe mattress and I love it. I sleep so well at night and awake with no pain. I am getting my Birch mattress picked up on Monday and it will be donated per the donation program. Finally getting restful, refreshing sleep!

"The Birch Luxe Natural mattress is the second mattress that we've bought this year. We were in the market for a mattress due to me having significant hip pain from a chronic pain condition that I manage. In May we purchased a Helix hybrid mattress that we thought was fantastic. In the 30 days we had the mattress I did not have one night of restful sleep and I often had to leave the bed. After 3 weeks sleeping on the Birch mattress, most nights I have awakened in the morning feeling rested and refreshed. I still have some hip and knee pain. "Mattress was great quality, just too soft for me. The return process is a little more difficult. Especially if you’re used to Costco or Amazon return policy. "I thought my bed was comfortable, but it was sagging, after 25 years:). I was concerned the new bed would be too hard because I typically like soft beds to keep my hips from hurting. The Birch bed was perfect from the start, it's firm in a supportive way. I was having a lot of pain when I got up in the morning, and I saw the review on Silver and Solo.
