"I want to take a few minutes to share my experience with my recent purchase of a Birch Mattress online and the success story for your team in both our satisfaction with the mattress along with our being so impressed with your customer support and commitment to ensure our complete satisfaction! I have to say I am a bit blown away by what I've experienced!! In this day and age of automated systems, lack of care from many companies about delivering human and quality customer service, your stands out as EXEMPLARY!! I will try to summarize, but a lot happened with my purchase. First, I selected a LUXE mattress for my husband and I because he suffers from allergies, so we decided to try your hypoallergenic hybrid latex and coil mattress to see if it could help. We also purchased a new platform bedframe (all wood), new sheets, pillows, etc to ensure all the products were new and clear of allergens and VOCs, etc. Upon receiving our new mattress I noticed the bottom layer seemed to be missing a covering layer. . . I notified Birch and together we determined the mattress had a slight flaw. . . before i knew it, Birch has followed up that they were sending me a brand new mattress, plus upgraded our LUXE to an ELITE at a cost of over $1000 to them! so I was sent an upgraded brand new Elite Mattress for the cost of the Luxe mattress at no charge, and the Customer Service stayed "with me" from start to finish to ensure all was done professionally and to my complete satisfaction! I must say I have been really impressed and satisfied with my complete experience with Birch ~ especially because I have found they answer their phones immediately with live human beings that work tirelessly to make certain their company and products meet expectations and top quality service standards! I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Bonus, the mattress is terrific and doing all we hoped it would to improve my husband's allergy symptoms and his comfort! It's a WIN/WIN/WIN!!! ~~ Thank you BIRCH!!"
