My shipment was delayed a couple of days, but the customer service folks made it right. If you’re on the fence, I’ll simply say this, this is a reputable company that hand-makes great products. I’m 65 and live alone - I’m healthy, but it would be impossible for me to lift that huge box upstairs. Again, for the money, I was disappointed there was no service to help with that. I had to ask a couple of my neighbors for help. The quality of the make seems good. It’s sturdy as expected, nice fabrics, nice balance of firm and comfortable for sitting and even laying down. But for sleeping, I’m both a back and side sleeper and I just can’t seem to find the nice hotel quality bed feel I was looking for in either position. Once again, it’s a good mattress - but for the cost, I hoped for a great mattress and a deeper sleep with reduced aches upon waking up. They say to give it at least 30 days. I’m probably about 90 days in and still undecided if this was a good purchase. Who knows, maybe I just need new pillows for a better sleep experience."
