"I have tried many non-toxic pillows over the years and I love the Birch pillows! I know pillow preference is very personal but these are the perfect mix of support while still being soft and luxurious. As far as price, I think they are grossly overpriced at $200/each?? I got my set for free with a promo but not sure I would pay full price as I think the pricing is wildly high. That said, if you can get these pillows on promo, I love them!"

"i ordered 2 pillows. you only sent one. trying to communicate was difficult as it was all robot chat. it took so long (almost a month) to receive the 2nd pillow, that during that time while using the first pillow my face broke out in hives and i had terrible itchy watery eyes. therefore when the 2nd pillow arrived i havent even opened the box. very disappointing to waste $300"

I bought this with high expectations after using my small Tempurpedic pillow for many years, it is very comfortable because it fills my neck but full of artificial material which is not healthy to breathe. To my surprise the Birch was too high, too heavy, although healthy materials. I just can’t customize the pillow, I am stuck with a thick pillow with no choice to reduce the fill until it fits my neck. I try to adjust many times in the middle of the night, creating a hollow space in the middle, after a while, my head is on a flat surface again causing severe neck discomfort next morning and all day. Last night I switched to my old pillow again and it’s a shame not to use that beautiful new Birch. I would also like to be able to remove the casing and wash it but it’s not possible. Tempurpedic comes with a cover and zipper you can remove and wash."
