Trying to get used to my new Birch pillow
"I gave it a 4 stars but for someone else could be 5. I bought this with high expectations after using my small Tempurpedic pillow for many years, it is very comfortable because it fills my neck but full of artificial material which is not healthy to breathe. To my surprise the Birch was too high, too heavy, although healthy materials. I just can’t customize the pillow, I am stuck with a thick pillow with no choice to reduce the fill until it fits my neck. I try to adjust many times in the middle of the night, creating a hollow space in the middle, after a while, my head is on a flat surface again causing severe neck discomfort next morning and all day. Last night I switched to my old pillow again and it’s a shame not to use that beautiful new Birch. I would also like to be able to remove the casing and wash it but it’s not possible. Tempurpedic comes with a cover and zipper you can remove and wash."
