"I’ll start this review by saying that I’ve never used a knee pillow before. While I like how it aligns my hips, I hate how it causes my to ankle to drop. I used this pillow for about a week before it got tossed to the back of my closet. I also wish the pillowcase was made of cooling fabric because it turns into a little furnace under the blankets. I also found the leg strap was a good concept, but too loose to be effective. It should be adjustable so you can tighten it to prevent the pillow from shifting every time you move. My solution was to buy a Coop pillow which makes it really comfortable to sleep on my back. This keeps everything well aligned."
